Opti answers company FAQs and, when enabled, uses OpenAI to respond to additional questions. Questions and a limited recent conversation context may be sent to OpenAI for processing. Please avoid confidential or sensitive information. The chat backend does not deliberately save conversation transcripts. A session cookie supports chat security, and keyed IP hashes and usage counters may be retained to prevent abuse and control usage. The AI provider may retain data under its own policies. Opti’s answers should be checked with our team before relying on project details.
